Shafik Basir is an eccentric freelance designer, who's easily piqued by the mirthful antics of the mimosa (those bashful things!). Based in Singapore, he specialises mostly on online commercial work and marketing/advertising collateral. Having acquired practical experience in the creative field, his works have emerged to reflect his style, flexibility (yes, he stretches!) and abilities in design for various mediums like print, web and interactive media.
Shafik counts art and design as his absolute passion. He gained much exposure in design aesthetics from observing professionals' creations and self-taught practice. His inspiration comes from daily observations and interaction with people and objects, and food (oh, yeah!) is his biggest motivation and fuel for creativity.
